Well, I shook most of yesterday and had a huge drop in both blood sugar and body temp. I sweated all night and had dry heaves off and on. My foot feels amazing, had a huge (and great) cry and am feeling oddly at peace. You know how the air feels after a huge storm has hit and it's just beginning to be calm? That is me today. So I probably look a little "off" but am starting that journey of feeling better. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for the work you've done.
