Create your fire release grid on a dolphin Spirit Board as follows:

1. At the center of the grid, place 1 clear quartz point to focus the energies of the ceremony.
2. Place 1 Sputnik urchin shell around the crystal point as an energy vessel and to elevate the abalone shell above the quartz point.
3. Balance 1 Abalone shell atop the Sputnik urchin, providing calming and healing energy. Fill the shell with pebble sand.
4. Arrange 6 tumbled rose quartz as the supporting stone midway along the major rays to bring absolute love to youe ceremony.
5. Place 6 tumbled angelite on the outer edge of the major rays to help call your guides to assist you in your ceremony.
6. ALign 6 tiger urchin spines on the grid's minor rays with points radiating outwards for dynamic protection and support.

Spend some time to notice the things that are bothering you. Pick one word or short phrase that represents that feeling. Write that word on a piece of tissue. Do that for everything that is heavy and on your mind. Crumple each piece of tissue into a loose ball.

Put your crumpled tissue with your worries on the pebble sand in the abalone shell. Recite the activation affirmation while activating your Sacred Stone Grid, changing any wording as you feel necessary. Light the tissue on fire to burn your concerns away.
