Simple is usually better for me. A country lane instead of the Las Vegas strip. A flower essence instead of a high powered chemical drug. And a Sacred Stone Grid with a minimum number of stones versus a large powerful piece of art with every stone imaginable. The message is clear and easy to follow with the simpler things. It is not as easy to get lost exploring all the possibilities. You know what direction you are headed.

So when I am looking for simple in creating a Sacred Stone Grid, I often start with a Seed of Life Spirit Board. For those of you who have taken our Sacred Stone Grid class you will recognize this as the Level I workshop grid pattern. It is also the basic building block for the Flower of Life from Sacred Geometry. Some think of it as the basic building block for everything.

When you look at a two dimensional drawing of this pattern you see 7 circles. But when you imagine it as a three dimensional object you realize there are really 8 spheres. The circle in the center represents two spheres when you let the drawing pop out into 3 dimensions. The one nearest to you blocks the view of the one in back. Let your 3D imagination turn the 8 spheres to the side and you can see the sphere in back. It looks like an embryo when it reaches the 8 cell division. Any embryo. At this stage, without a DNA test, it could be destined to become anything. Might it be a human, a giraffe, a coffee bean plant? The guesses and possibilities are endless at this beginning point.

And that is the energy that makes a Seed of Life Spirit Board such a fantastic pattern to use when creating a Sacred Stone Grid to manifest something. Anything is possible from this pattern.
